Welcome to ChristolinArtSpot. ChristolinArtSpot provides this Site and related services subject to the following terms and conditions of use (the “Site Terms”). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Site Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

Privacy

Electronic Communications When you visit this Site or send e-mails, you communicate with us electronically. We will share with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this Site. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing. We have adopted a Privacy Statement that you should refer to fully understand how we collect and use your information.

All returns or exchanges must be made and returned to us dated within 15 days of the client’s delivery of our package. Any request or return request made after 15days after receiving the package will not be accepted. Please include a printout of the note with the original order confirmation number to identify the return package as yours. A receipt for shipping the returned goods back to us will serve as proof of the return date.

A new master carton can be used to ship the returned item to us. Please do not keep any pieces for any reason which might affect you on illegible for the full refund. We will either resend desired exchange merchandise back to you or process the return as a refund based on the original invoice cost upon confirmation of the return to our warehouse facility.

All shipping costs for the returned items will NOT be refunded (except for product defects and damaged during shipping)

Production defect items or damage during transit happens from time to time. Please contact us by e-mail or our toll-free number for resolution. We will request a few images of the defective or damaged item to be e-mailed for reference. Once the issue has been reviewed, we will either forward you a return UPS label, or you may choose to return the item first on your own with USPS or UPS. We will request a receipt to reimburse you for the shipping cost once we have received and processed the return, along with the merchandise cost of the item. Generally, we will process the exchange or return within 5 business days after receiving the package.

Return Policy

All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving our delivery. Any item returned after 15 days will not be accepted.

Defected Products: For defective items, please e-mail the proof of the damaged goods to our customer service, and we will refund you the total amount after evaluation. Please keep the product handy until you receive a full refund from us; it usually takes about 20-30 days, depending on the credit card service provider. If you simply feel this item is unfitted, within 15 days, you may submit a refund request. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our office at your cost. Once we inspect the return good at its original condition, we will issue a refund credit back to you with an extra 5% handling charge. Please ensure the product is in a resalable condition to receive a full refund.

Your Account

If you use this Site and such use requires setting up an account and/or password(s), you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password(s) and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. If you register on the Site, you agree that any information you provide to us will be current, accurate, and complete. The Company will not be liable for any loss you may incur due to someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
