Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the goods within 15 days after receiving their goods. Please note that items purchased during a sale or from our sale page are not eligible for RETURN or EXCHANGE.
Before you start your return, here are a few things you need to know.
- Only manufacturer defect products are eligible for returns/exchange.
- Only damaged items will offer a shipping label
- Exchange or return does not provide a shipping label
- All returned sunglasses must be in the original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Only items received in the last 15 days are eligible for returns.
- We also need one photo of the product
- A return fee of $6.99 will be removed from your refund
- Sending tracking number after you ship the sunglasses to info@christolinartspot.com
Tracking Information
It will take 24 hours to update the tracking number once you have received the automated tracking email. If there is still no status after 24 hours, please contact us by email at help@jjsbiz.com, and we will update or determine the status of your package.
Please allow 24 hours from delivery for your tracking to update. USPS can occasionally mark a package delivered before it arrives and sometimes arrives 1-2 days later.
What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?
If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address, here’s what can be done:
If you placed your order within the last 12 hours, email us at info@christolinartspot.com. We will try to help you make it right. Please include your CORRECT address so we can update it as quickly as possible.
If you already received your tracking information, please contact the shipping company that currently has your package to attempt an address change. Once the package has left our facility, we have NO way of changing this address and cannot contact the shipping company on your behalf for security and privacy reasons.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Please contact us immediately if you need to update or cancel your order. We try to process orders very quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we can no longer make changes to or cancel your order.
We cannot add items to your order once it has been placed. Please place a new order with the things you want to purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY
At ChristolinArtSpot, we make sure you are delighted and happy with our products, so if you don’t like your glasses, if the frame isn’t fitting you, or you think the color was looking beautiful in the picture and meh, in reality, or any other reason, you can exchange the products within ten days of the date of purchase. We want to hear nothing but positive reviews from your side and to attain this, we go beyond measures.
